World Mental Health Day

For this year's #WorldMentalHealthDay a safety bulletin was issued to MSK Contracts Managers to share to all our si tes. Mental Health Awareness training is regularly delivered in-house by MSK giving invaluable advice and support to our teams. All MSK Directors and Contracts Managers have Mental Health First Aider training to help spot signs and respond to mental and physical health needs. It's so important to take time to focus on your own mental health, talk to colleagues, family and friends and to reach out to others who may be in need.

MSK Reuse Programme

Working with clients during construction projects to identify items that can be reused has huge benefits, not only for recycling but benefiting local communities and organisations. As part of our ongoing material and equipment reuse programme, MSK recently co-ordinated the donation of desks, coat racks, fans, heaters, toasters, and kettles to the Keech Hospice in Luton. The Hospice fundraising and retail teams that are now using this equipment will raise over £10M gross in the coming year, which will provide a huge amount of patient care for those at the most challenging times of their lives, both adults and children. Our thanks to Nikki Samsa and Sam Deex from Keech Hospice for their help in making this happen. https://keech.org.uk/ #MSK #reuse #reusereducerecycle #donation #supportlocal #socialvalues #makingthedifference
