Development and refurbishment steeped in history are always exciting to work on for our MSK Logistics Teams, this landmark building was built in 1924 as the offices and print works for the Hastings & St Leonards Observer. There has even been the opportunity to get our creative side going, with a quirky, unique site entrance installed for a client event, thanks to MSK's James Havbro who helped with the design. Major repairs have been carried out and the lower floors of the building are now fully refurbished and open. With phase 1 of internal works complete, the refurbishment of the exterior is now under way. Phase 2 of the project consists of the restoring and cleaning the original 1924 Henry Ward designed façade, which has suffered extreme neglect over the last forty years. Really looking forward to seeing the completed project.

To support our client's best practice health and safety week, MSK hosted another prostate cancer awareness talk for site teams at our project in White City. Patrick, a volunteer from Prostate Cancer UK shared his journey from being diagnosed to now living with prostate cancer, donations to the charity were collected and over £150 was raised - according to Patrick one of the highest amounts for an awareness talk so far. A well-deserved reward afternoon for our MSK Team in Moorfields. Having received several client and internal awards for project progress, standards of work and best practice, it was treats all round. Well done everyone and thank you for your continued support and efforts.  

Extremely proud of the MSK team that took on the 3 Peaks Challenge at the weekend, what an amazing achievement and effort. The stunning views pushed us to our limits, but we all made it!!
