MSK Logistics City Project

In the heart of the City, this 200 metre high, 50 story development, once completed will create 913,000 sq ft of workspace, street-level retail units, and a public viewing gallery on the 50th floor. The MSK Logistics Team on site are currently assisting on three of the lower levels, demonstrating high standards of work with good use of signage throughout, clean floors and tidy well-managed storage areas. MSK has been awarded trade contractor of the month twice from our client, with Pedro Oliveira, MSK Logistics Manager also being awarded a green card from MSK.

Prostate Cancer Awareness

MSK have recently hosted more Prostate Cancer UK awareness talks at our Slough project, thanks to everyone who supported this event. Prostate cancer affects 1 in 8 men in the UK. That’s thousands of Dads, Brothers, Grandads, Sons, Uncles, anyone can be affected. But it doesn’t have to be this way, awareness can save lives. Global Recycling Day

Through celebrating Global Recycling Day, we focus and understand the importance of recycling and the impact this has on our lives and our planet. In 2020, England generated 53.6 million tonnes of non-hazardous C&D waste, of which 50.0 million tonnes was recovered. This represents a recovery rate of 93.2%. MSK Waste Management & Recycling Limited are pleased to confirm Constructionline Gold status. The accreditation demonstrates governance, risk management and assesses on areas such as environmental management, quality management, equality and diversity, whilst ensuring contractors abide by legislation in areas such as modern slavery, anti-bribery, and corruption.

Going Paperless

A nnually, the UK produces 23 million paper waste transfer notes (WTNs). MSK Waste Management & Recycling Limited have now invested in a new paperless ticketing system for waste management operations. By adopting a paperless ticketing system, we will be eliminating paper production and wastage for all WTNs used on our projects, and will also reduce our Scope 3 carbon emissions material usage and waste disposal allowing: · Instant access via a tablet system to all data · In depth project recycling reports · Increased security via a centralised system for easy access audit trail · Vehicle tracking giving accurate updates on location and providing estimated arrival times
