We are delighted to announce that MSK has won the logistics and waste packages on 21 Moorfields, increasing our involvement in the notable regeneration of the Moorgate area. The development will incorporate new retail space, an improved pedestrian environment including a reconfigured high walk, and a new public square with improved landscaping.
MSK will be assisting ISG on the fit out of the 17 storey, 470,000 square feet office space. With a start date later this year, we look forward to initiating site setup prior to providing full logistics management, labour, and consumables to maintain our clients site standards throughout their 16-month programme.
