Getting Creative On A Historical Project

Development and refurbishment steeped in history are always exciting to work on for our MSK Logistics Teams, this landmark building was built in 1924 as the offices and print works for the Hastings & St Leonards Observer.

There has even been the opportunity to get our creative side going, with a quirky, unique site entrance installed for a client event, thanks to MSK's James Havbro who helped with the design.
Major repairs have been carried out and the lower floors of the building are now fully refurbished and open. With phase 1 of internal works complete, the refurbishment of the exterior is now under way. Phase 2 of the project consists of the restoring and cleaning the original 1924 Henry Ward designed façade, which has suffered extreme neglect over the last forty years.
Really looking forward to seeing the completed project.
