Victoria Project Delivery

A small MSK Team of three managing the 13th floor have assisted in the delivery of this stunning Victoria project. Works included vehicle management, waste management, welfare, general labour, carpentry, and protection.

Albeit a small team, Logistics Manager Rui Lopes was recognised early for his efforts managing this project, ensuring health and safety for all operatives was adhered to throughout. Rui controlled the project delivery management system and helped with the smooth delivery of all contractor’s materials, aiding the completion of the project on time.
